Abstract Expressionism Photography - Media City - 10am-12pm - 2 Hours
If you get 12 people to take a photograph of the same object, you can almost guarantee they will all be individually different and subjective to the photographers eye. This session is about taking the ordinary and throwing into a new dimension of perspective.
Focusing on patterns and stylistic manual techniques, we are going to be completely breaking down the fundamentals of what makes an image interesting so the more open minded you are, the richer the experience you will take from this.
This class is aimed at all ability levels!

Street Photography - Deansgate and Castlefield - 1pm - 2 Hours
Street photography can be addictive, but also frustrating at times! When there’s so much going on in front of your camera, it can be hard to pick out what to focus on and shoot. In this session we’ll be looking at how to separate a good photo story from the noise, and how to improve the photos you take when out and about with your camera.vv
Night Photography - Deansgate and St Peters Square - 4pm-6pm - 2 Hours
In this session, we will be exploring Manchester at night through the lens of a camera. We'll be looking at different exposure settings, composition and stylistic methods of capturing a narrative after dark. Think light trails, lit up buildings and interesting night scenes. Make sure to bring a tripod!
Architectural photography can be a great way of exploring and documenting a city, whether it's your hometown or on holiday. Taking a step back from the usual images we see of buildings around Manchester, we're going to be interpreting them in a very different way. Warren will be looking at ways to take some impressive and original shots and the camera settings to use to get these.
Street Photography - Northern Quarter - 11am-1pm - 2 Hours

Light and Shadow - Deansgate and St Peters Square - 2pm-4pm - 2 Hours
In this session we will be focusing on capturing tonal contrast within a frame, strategically using the light meter readings to create stylistic and surreal photographs.
Expect to come out of this class with new skills and a wider perspective on the art form that will almost certainly take your photography to the next level.
